Time on My Hands

On our most recent trip to New York we found this great factory cart. It resembles the ones we had at the Lumber Company before the fire destroyed them. The one in the pictures was manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1923. It was used in a furniture manufacturing business.

I love old photos of family. My grandparents were very photogenic!

Believe it or not...I made this pie. I have had time on my hands since the rains began.

Rain today and all week. We had a tornado warning today!

Jeff put his new smoker to the test by preparing italian smoked chicken and spicy Anasazi beans. Yummy!

Animals are such great friends. They ask no questions and pass no criticisms. Rosie you were a great friend to Molly.

I bowled in Arizona last week. Well...I was in Arizona last week, but didn't bowl well. This is my skip on day two. I am going back in February...hope things improve. It really is a great game.

I get so envious of my friends who find the time to send cards. I must waste a lot of time! At any rate..2010 has arrived. Jeff and I even stayed up past midnight...had champaign and a cigar. Ugh!

We do wish you all a very Happy New Year.

I will sit down later and create a list of resolutions....maybe.

Here is a little snippet of our year. There were so many moments I missed. Maybe one resolution is to capture more photos of my friends. I missed getting any shots of our wonderful week in the Arizona house..Barb, Sybil, Heather, Brenda and me.

Also didn't get any photos of my friend Dottie or my darling cousin Dona. also missed some great photos of our New York Tanksgiving adventure.

My family reunion in Colorado was wonderful.
